They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul. Well, if you are tired stressed or in poor health, your eyes are the first tattle- tails. To reduce these signs take good care of the eye area. Here are some dos and dont:
* DO NOT rub your eyes (you may get an eye infection due to the bacteria found on your hands. * DO take your make-up off before going to bed. * DO NOT keep mascara that has been used more than 8 weeks. * DO apply eye products with your ring finger or a cotton swab. * DO NOT apply products to eyelids unless otherwise stated. * DO get 7-8 hours sleep at night.
